Forest Management

       3 Rivers Land Co. offers land management and consulting forestry services throughout Alabama.  As a licensed Registered Forester and Certified Prescribed Burn Manager, Broker- Errol Shaw has more than 35 years experience in forestry and forest management, with emphasis on high quality forest products.  These services provide options for landowners to manage their property to achieve maximum objectives of ownership.  Land management goals are designed with and for the owner, where the landowner makes the decisions as to how important each aspect of ownership is to their individual needs and desires. A management plan is then developed to move toward those individual needs and goals by comparing needs, desires, time, and cost, resulting in maximizing the rewards of land ownership.  3RLC provides forest and land management services; forest inventory, timber management and sales, and prescribed burning.  As well as administrative services through a network of independent contractors.  These services include road construction and maintenance, forest management from tree planting to timber harvest, and wildlife management from food plot construction to planting.           


Leases
